Booking and Fee Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, signed contract, and signed liability waiver to be in our possession before we consider a hunt to be "booked". The balance of scheduled hunt fee is due 30 days prior to scheduled hunt dates. Your payment must be in the form of a money order, bank draft, cashiers check, or personal check. We will not accept personal checks for final payments.

In the event that you cannot make a scheduled hunt, we require a mininum of 30 days written notice to reschedule it. This gives us time to arrange for another client to fill your scheduled hunt dates. Of course, we do understand that problems come up, and we do try to work with our clients, but we also have to protect ourselves.
We will pick you up at the airport of your choice the day before your hunt begins and provide food, lodging, and transportation during your hunt. Our obligation is considered fulfilled when we produce a legally harvestable animal. We will skin and/or cape your animal, prepare and ship the hide and/or horns. Client is responsible for shipping costs and assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to hides and/or horns due to shipping. In the case we do not produce a legally harvestable animal, we will provide you a return hunt. The return hunts are subject to a 24-hour call back status.

Mountain Lion and Bear hunting can be very strenuous and physically demanding at times, therefore, we recommend that you be in the very best physical condition you possibly can when you arrive for your hunt. If you have any special or known medical needs or dietary needs, you will need to tell us about them when you book your hunt. We do not allow illegal drugs, or drugs that are not prescribed to you, to be in your possession at any time while hunting with us. Your hunt will be terminated immediately, and the fee forfeited, if any of these are discovered. We do allow social drinking of alcohol during the evening meal.

Licenses and Tags
If interested in hunting Elk or Mule Deer in Nevada, you must apply for and obtain an limited entry hunting permit. However, "Restricted Non-Resident Guide Tags" are available for Mule Deer for the units we hunt in. The application deadline for these permits is in early spring, so you will need to contact us early for the information needed to apply for this tag. Mountain Lion tags and permits can be obtained over the counter in Nevada. This hunt is conducted under a harvest objective in the units that we hunt.
For hunting Utah Mule Deer, Trophy Elk, Black Bear, Rio Grande Turkey, or Antelope, you must first obtain a limited entry hunting permit that is available through a lottery-type drawing. Please contact us early for information on application deadlines, fees, and any other help you need, as some of these hunt application deadlines are as early as January. If your interest is Mountain Lions in Utah, we offer an early season harvest objective hunt for Mountain Lion in the units that we hunt. This hunt runs from December 16th through February 16th. This is when trailing conditions are usually better and therefore success rates are higher. For this hunt, you will need to get a limited entry harvest objective permit. After February 16th, the Mountain Lion harvest objective tags are available for purchase over the counter. These permits need to be purchased one week prior to your scheduled hunt.
